Eponym
[edit]Best match I could find for the eponym is Pierre Bernard of the Institut de Physique du Globe de Paris, although he appears to be a seismologist rather than an atmospheric scientist.[1] His 1941 Doctoral thesis at l'Université de Paris was titled Étude sur l'agitation microséismique et ses variations. He did have a brief 1956 publication on the topic of Mars.[2] Praemonitus (talk) 02:33, 9 February 2019 (UTC)
